Claude P. Kimball is a 1965 graduate of UCLA School of Law. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1979. Mr. Kimball practiced law in taxation and business planning, acquisitions, divestures and mergers, estate planning, and real estate for more than 40 years. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest designation. Mr. Kimball is currently retired.
