Claude Sullivan has practiced labor law for more than 40 years. His primary focus has been in the representation of airlines covered by the Railway Labor Act. He has handled numerous union election cases, negotiated more than 100 collective bargaining agreements covering airline employees, and has frequently represented airline clients in arbitration hearings. He has received training and participated in interest-based bargaining.
Claude has frequently served as a member of the faculty of the ALI-ABA Course on Airline Labor and Employment Law.
