· Represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts in lawsuits involving commercial contracts, commercial construction claims, oil and gas leases, business tort claims, unfair competition claims, trademark and copyright infringement claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, consumer claims, employee related claims and real estate matters.
· In addition to court proceedings, Mr. Keller regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings including arbitration with the American Arbitration Association and mediations whether conducted privately or pursuant to state or federal court rules and procedures. Mr. Keller has also represented clients in matters before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio including representing an Ohio oil and gas producer in a dispute before the PUCO involving natural gas measurement and metering issues.
· Represents and counsels clients in a broad array of oil & gas matters including without limitation matters involving lease negotiations, lease disputes, assignments, mineral title issues, asset sales and transactions, implied covenants, held by production leases, joint venture agreements, environmental issues and the Dormant Mineral Act.
