Mr. Farley's practice consists primarily of commercial litigation - including contract, copyright, construction, real-estate, and partnership and shareholder disputes - and representation of financial institutions and other lenders with an emphasis on loan workouts, asset recovery, commercial foreclosures and defensive litigation.
Mr. Farley has represented financial institutions, insurance companies, builders and developers, manufacturers, retailers, software developers, telecommunications companies, hospitals, distributors and other corporate and individual clients as litigants.
Mr. Farley has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Commission on the Rules of Professional Conduct and is a member of the District Ethics Committee VA.
Mr. Farley's publications include MetLife Capital Financial Corporation v. Washington Avenue Associates, L.P., 159 N.J. 484 (1999), and Dumarc Shipping Company v. C.I.T. Group, 34 UCC Rep. Serv. 2d 924 (D.N.J. 1998).
Mr. Farley has been recognized as a Top New Jersey Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly in its Super Lawyer Section, August 2006.
