I have practiced bankruptcy and creditor/debtor law in Arizona since 1986. Most of my referrals are from attorneys, accountants, realtors, and former clients. I have a wonderful, competent staff, but will give you my personal time and attention when needed. If you are in trouble financially, we look forward to providing you with relief and peace of mind. In 1999, I achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell from my peers, and have retained that rating ever since. I also enjoy a positive reputation in the Phoenix bankruptcy court. I have presented at various seminars for attorneys (CLE, NBI and others) since 1996, in the areas of bankruptcy, debt settlement, asset protection, estate planning and business organization. These seminars include "Is an LLC Right For You?" in October of 2006, "Arizona Trustee's Sales: A Step-by-Step Workshop" in June of 2008, and "LLC Trends and Developments" in September of 2008, and State Bar of Arizona Convention (Bankruptcy Section) in June 2011. I have done many presentations for C.A.R.E. (Credit Abuse Resistance Education) at various Arizona high schools from 2007 through present. I was also a Senior Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal from 1984 to 1985.
