Coleman & Horowitt LLP was established in 1994 by William H. Coleman and Darryl J. Horowitt to provide quality, responsive and cost effective legal representation to individuals and businesses throughout the Central Valley and the state. The firm provides a wide range of services through two departments: litigation and corporate transactions and estate planning.
