Colin Lindsay is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Colin practices primarily in commercial and intellectual property litigation. He also has substantial experience in product liability and mass tort litigation. He has substantial trial experience, and has twice served as an adjunct instructor at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he taught advanced trial practice. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and New York. Colin is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee. He was the 2009 President of the Louisville Bar Association, which has over 3,000 members.
