| Biography | Colin is an associate at Bayard. Colin concentrates his practice in the areas of insolvency and creditors' rights. He regularly represents creditors, Creditors' Committees, trustees, and debtors in many large bankruptcy cases. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Colin has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in bankruptcy in 2008-2010 in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights. While in law school, Colin was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
