Ms. Evale practices in the area of food and drug law, advising domestic and foreign corporations in matters of FDA and USDA regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on indirect food additives. She also advises clients concerning comparable international regulatory structures, with particular expertise on Europe, Canada, and Japan.
