Colleene specialises in property law and deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and has also represented property developers and advised government bodies and lending institutions on property matters.
She graduated with an honours degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2000 and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Centre for Professional Legal Studies in Cardiff. A member of the middle temple, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2001. She joined the firm as an Associate in the same year and was invited to partnership in July 2009.
Colleene regularly contributes to local and international property publications and is the editor of the Hassans property newsletter which provides insight into the conveyancing process and highlights issues on leases, contracts, mortgages and landlord and tenant matters.
