The attorneys on Constangy's Occupational Safety and Health team are prepared to assist your company in dealing with all aspects of workplace safety and the health of your employees.
The head of the team is Pat Tyson, formerly head of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Safety Council. Before joining Constangy, Bill Principe worked as Counsel to the Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and Carla Gunnin prosecuted OSHA citation cases with the Department of Labor Solicitors' Office. They and the other attorneys on the team have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and safe workplace protocols.
