Mr. Baesel has extensive analytical and research skills related to federal, state and local statutes, regulations, common law, guidance documents, private metrics and other sources of pertinent compliance information. He also works closely with a wide range of national and regional environmental firms to ensure clients receive legal advice based on sound and strategic technical analysis.
Mr. Baesel has written numerous articles in trade and industry periodicals regarding both general environmental issues and specialized areas of environmental analysis. He has given numerous lectures and presentations on environmental law to industry groups, professional organizations and University of California Extension classes.
