Cori represents large health systems, hospitals, physician practices, and other types of healthcare providers. She routinely advises clients on regulatory compliance and reimbursement/repayment matters relating to the Stark Law, the Anti-kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, and Medicare and State Medicaid payment statutes and regulations. Cori has also assisted with sales and acquisitions of hospitals and large physician practices and with the development of complex joint ventures. Cori is experienced in drafting and negotiating hospital-physician affiliation documents including employment agreements, professional services agreements, physician recruitment agreements, and clinical co-management agreements. Cori has also assisted in the representation of healthcare providers in civil and criminal fraud investigations and self-disclosures with the OIG and DOJ.

· Represented a hospital in structuring a joint venture cardiac catheterization laboratory and the implementation of a clinical co-management agreement for the cardiac service line
