Cori Molloy is a corporate/commercial lawyer and associate in the Saskatoon office of Miller Thomson. Cori is building a practice that focuses on commercial law, corporate restructurings and acquisition transactions. She also works in the area of banking and financial services where she drafts mortgages, general security agreements and counsels both lenders and borrowers on subordination and inter-creditor matters.
