Cori Stirling is a member of the Labor and Employment Department. Cori's extensive experience includes employment litigation/counseling where she represents clients in cases arising under the ADEA, Title VII, and § 1981. She also has experience counseling corporations against age and race discrimination claims in reduction in force cases.
Cori also has relative experience in commercial litigation/counseling where she chaired a jury trial defending negligence claims, drafted a successful merit brief before the Supreme Court of Ohio, and accrued extensive experience in mass torts, federal privacy regulation, common law torts, products liability, and breach of contracts cases. Prior to joining the firm, Cori practiced in the Dayton office of Faruki, Ireland & Cox, P.L.L.
