Litigation matters involving complex corporate, commercial and fiduciary issues are the focus of Corinne Elise Amato's practice.
Corinne has assisted lead-counsel in matters involving claims arising out of Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies, breach of fiduciary duties, commercial arbitration and breach of contract actions. She has contributed in representative matters such as:
