Corrine Burnick represents banks in their role as escrow agent or trustee in a wide variety of financing transactions, including leveraged lease and single investor lease financings and secured financings. Corrine also regularly represents clients with respect to restructuring and bankruptcy matters, and has been involved in several major airline, retail and power generation company bankruptcies, among others. She has particular experience representing fiduciaries for public debt in large, complex Chapter 11 cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Corrine served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable David M. Borden of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
