| Additional Bio Details | Ms. Taylor focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate development, leasing, financing and commercial loan foreclosures and workouts. A significant component of her practice involves the representation of CMBS special servicers in connection with commercial foreclosure litigation, loan workouts, assumption transactions, and the sale of properties (both REO sales and receiver sales). She also represents court-appointed receivers and property managers in lease transactions, landlord-tenant disputes and code enforcement matters, and she has represented clients in various business litigation matters including contract and construction disputes.
Ms. Taylor has earned the designation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). As a LEED AP, Ms. Taylor has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building principles and practices, as well as the application of those principles and practices to the LEED Green Building Rating System, which is the nationally recognized and accepted standard for designing, constructing and operating high performance green buildings.
Ms. Taylor is a proud supporter of Easter Seals, has been on the Central Florida Board of Directors for a number of years and has also recently been appointed as a member of the State Board of Directors. |
