Courtney is an associate in the firm's Casualty Department where she primarily works on retail, premises, and products liability cases.
Before joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Courtney was an associate in the complex litigation department at a plaintiff's medical malpractice firm.
Prior to her firm experience, Courtney clerked for the Honorable Stephen M. Holden in Superior Court, Family Division, in Camden County, New Jersey. In addition, Courtney also had the unique experience of working as a judicial tipstaff for the Honorable Marlene Lachman and the Honorable Sheldon C. Jelin in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas before attending law school. Courtney's prior experience handling plaintiff's cases and working closely with judges has enabled her to hit the ground running since joining the firm.
