Regarding litigation, only part of its activities, the firm has been entrusted up to now with more than 75 cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. The firm is also a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute of Washington, D.C. and is developing a large expertise in International, European Community and French Food and Drug Law as well as Customs Law.
