ˇ Advising OEM's relating to automotive supplier insolvency proceedings (Collins & Aikman, SKD, Vannatter, Aradco, Eldorado, Progressive Moulded Products, Plastech, Amcan, and Meridian Technologies);
ˇ Advising the Monitor in the CCAA proceedings of Polywheels Manufacturing Ltd.;
ˇ Advising the liquidator of Income Trust Company with respect to proceedings under the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act;
ˇ Advising the trustee in bankruptcy of St. Clair Paint and Wallpaper Corporation and related entities;
ˇ Advising the UK liquidator of Fine Art Wallcoverings with respect to bankruptcy of International Wallcoverings.
ˇ Advising the Australian liquidator in connection with the insolvency of The Duke Group Limited;
ˇ Advising the Hong Kong liquidator in connection with the insolvency of Akai Holdings - the largest insolvency in Hong Kong history;
ˇ Advising the Australian liquidator in connection with the insolvency of Southern Equities Corporation Limited;
ˇ Advising the Monitor of Playdium Entertainment Corporation;
ˇ Advising the trustee in bankruptcy of Rampart Securities Inc. and Evergreen Securities;
ˇ Advising the Information Officer in the Section 18.6 proceedings of the CCAA in respect of American Color Graphics, Inc. and Hunter Drums Limited;
ˇ Advising customer compensation funds regarding the insolvencies of Buckingham Securities, Marchment & Mackay and Essex Financial;
