Craig Landy is a partner in the firm's Contract Review Program. He returned to construction law after handling for many years, contract negotiations and litigation in the healthcare field. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, he was a partner at Landy & Seymour in New York, law secretary to N.Y.S. Supreme Court Justice Harold Baer, Jr., and Deputy Chief of the Commercial Litigation Division of the N.Y.C. Corporation Counsel's Office. For 21 years, he was an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School.
Mr. Landy's publications include: "Orientation Manual for Judicial Interns" (1989) and the "Government Bureaucrats and HealthCare," 63 N.Y.S.B. Jl. No. 8, p. 20 (Jl./Aug. 1992).
Mr. Landy is a past president of the New York County Lawyers' Association.He is a graduate of Manhattan College and Fordham Law School. Mr. Landy is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is admitted to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and First Circuits, the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the state courts of New York.
