Professional Experience
Mr. Marshall is Counsel with the Entertainment practice group in the Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on entertainment, where he has extensive experience negotiating and drafting the full range of agreements associated with the music and entertainment industry, including digital distribution agreements, licensing agreements, recording artist and production agreements, joint venture agreements, soundtrack and video agreements, rights acquisitions and synchronization rights. Mr. Marshall also has experience in all phases of litigation, including pleading, motion practice and discovery.
Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Marshall was the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for the world's largest music company.
