A partner since 1985, Craig offers extensive experience in commercial real estate and development law, including issues related to acquisition, leasing and development, zoning and land use regulation and government regulation and permitting. He has assisted clients in the use of numerous economic development programs such as Tax Increment Financing, Special Business Districts and Community Improvement Districts. In the wireless telecommunications industry, he represents national carriers and tower companies in developing wireless communications towers and related infrastructure. He also has represented regulated and non-regulated owners and operators of multi-site fiber-optic networks using public rights of way, utility easement and pole attachment and conduit licensing agreements. Craig has served as the city attorney for Maplewood, Mo., since 1988.
