Due to the national focus on healthcare access, the changing role of managed care and the increasing enforcement initiatives by federal agencies, health law has become one of the most dynamic and expanding areas of the law. The practice of health law requires familiarity with an increasingly diverse and complex array of substantive and regulatory matters as they relate to the delivery of healthcare services.
