In recent years, this has included participation in the expansion of the firm's international practice, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa, Central Asia, Northern and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

With our English law capability and experience in legal matters involving the United Kingdom, the London office also is well prepared to carry out UK corporate and securities assignments or to direct the UK component of larger international transactions.
