Cynthia Millar is a partner and director of legal research at Davis LLP. Having conducted a civil litigation practice for a number of years, Ms. Millar now specializes in legal analysis and written advocacy. She provides research and analysis for complex litigation, with emphasis on commercial, product liability, constitutional and administrative law matters, and drafts written arguments and factums for submission at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. She regularly provides clients with legal opinions and strategic advice, and has given expert opinions on British Columbia law for use in foreign litigation.
