Cynthia Lieberman joined Keller and Heckman in 2007. She practices food and drug law.
Ms. Lieberman advises domestic and foreign corporations in matters of FDA and international regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on food packaging. Her work includes assisting clients in establishing clearances for food-contact materials under the laws and regulations of the United States, the European Union, Canada, Japan, and China. Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Ms. Lieberman clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Hodges Jr. at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. While in law school, she interned for the Department of Justice, Civil Litigation Branch, and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, Mental Health Division. Ms. Lieberman received her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. She graduated from the University of Delaware, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
