Ms. Fischer serves as the general corporate counsel and business advisor to a number of Italian and other foreign-owned companies and individuals doing business in the United States, as well as United States-based companies and individuals. She provides general corporate, distribution, licensing, franchising, trade regulation and intellectual property advice. She counsels U.S. and international architecture and engineering firms. Representative clients also include exporters, manufacturers and distributors of fashions, food, opticals, medical devices, machinery and home appliances. Ms. Fischer lectures on legal topics in Italian to Italian audiences. Ms. Fischer is co-chair of the Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group.
