D. Gaines Penn

Gaines Penn is managing partner with English Lucas Priest & Owsley, LLP, in Bowling Green, Ky. He practices in all facets of labor and employment law. His employment practice includes representing clients in employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the various state counterparts to these federal laws. He is involved in litigating employment discrimination claims as well as investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before administrative agencies. He has many years of experience representing employers in workers’ compensation claims.
