As a litigation partner in the firm with 25 years experience, Gary's trial practice includes representation of doctors, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, allied health care providers, insurers of motor carriers and others in civil tort litigation. Gary counsels and represents brokers, agents, and business associations in insurance, business and employment related matters.

Gary has served as lead counsel in over 75 jury trials of catastrophic injury or wrongful death tort actions in state and federal courts in Georgia and South Carolina. Gary also represents clients in the State Courts of Florida. He has participated in hundreds of mediations or arbitration proceedings in the Southeastern states. He also represents his clients in the Appellate Courts of Georgia, South Carolina and Florida.

In addition to litigation work, Gary also lectures at the invitation of firm clients and numerous organizations in the legal and other fields.

From 2005-2013, Gary has been an honoree on the Georgia Super Lawyers® list in Atlanta Magazine/Law and Politics Magazine. Gary is also AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
