Matt is an associate in Troutman Sanders' Corporate Section. His practice focuses on the representation of business owners and privately held, closely held and publicly traded companies in general corporate matters, including choice of business entity, mergers and acquisitions, sale of business issues, joint ventures, partnerships and securities filings.
