Porpoise Evans counsels public and private companies, and represents their interests in connection with government investigations and legal disputes. His practice focuses on litigation and compliance, including counseling and representing management in employment disputes such as wage & hour, discrimination, and contract claims, as well as defending against alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act. Porpoise is just as comfortable working with his clients to obtain creative resolutions as he is litigating in the federal and state courts systems and administrative agencies.

Porpoise's experience also includes conducting in-market risk assessments and designing and implementing comprehensive anti-corruption compliance programs for multinational companies subject to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act, with an emphasis on leading such compliance initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Botswana, Mozambique, and South Africa.
