DLA Weiss-Tessbach was established in 1878 and is one of the longest-established law firms in Austria. 15 years ago the firm decided on an extremely dynamic development. Since 1990, the number of lawyers at the firm has increased more than four times from 15 to over 100, and the number of offices from one to seven. On 1 October 2003 the firm integrated with DLA on the basis of a shared vision to become a top five full-service European law firm. With its current offices in seven Central and Eastern European countries, DLA Weiss-Tessbach will continue to expand into the region at a time of EU accession for many countries.
