Dale has practiced law in Edmonton since 1999 and in Yellowknife since 2003. He joined the firm of Field LLP in 2001. Dale practices general litigation with a primary focus on Aboriginal law and administrative law. He is currently a member of the firm's legal team representing Aboriginal clients pursuing claims for abuses suffered while at Church and Government run Residential Schools.
Dale has been a guest speaker on Residential School issues at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law and at various conferences and workshops sponsored by Aboriginal organizations in Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Prior to practicing law, Dale was a sessional Lecturer at Grant MacEwan Community College in Edmonton. Dale has also taught courses at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Business and its Department of Sociology. Due to his practice, Dale often works from our Yellowknife office.
