Dale Hershey focuses his practice on business counseling and litigation in the fields of antitrust law, class actions, commercial disputes, corporate law, health care law, insurance, and international trade. He has also litigated constitutional law cases. Dale teaches courses on business law, business ethics, international trade and mergers and acquisitions at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. He also teaches business law courses to Carnegie Mellon undergraduates.
