Damian D. Daley is a partner in Wicker Smith's Miami office. Damian actively litigates in both the state and federal courts, representing clients in products liability, general liability, premises liability, first-party insurance defense, and medical malpractice litigation.
Damian graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2006. While in law school, he clerked for the University of Florida Office of the General Counsel where he worked on a wide variety of intellectual property, bankruptcy and tort issues. He was also a board member of the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Additionally, Damian received the Book Award for academic excellence in International Business Transactions and Trial Practice.
As a member of the Dean's list for much of his undergraduate career, Damian graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Criminology and Law. He is the Founder and President Emeritus of Esquire-The Society of Minority Pre-Law Students at the University of Florida. Damian is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity, Dade County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
