Damien is a broad-based commercial litigator with first-chair experience in trials and contested matters in federal and state courts. Damien has considerable experience in the litigation of contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., Damien served as a litigation associate in the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler, LLP, as well as Shutts & Bowen, LLP one of the state's oldest and largest law firms.
Awards and Recognition
Damien was named a "Rising Star" in 2010, and again in 2012, by Florida Super Lawyers magazine- an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state's young lawyers. To be eligible for "Rising Stars," an attorney must be under the age of 40 or have been practicing for 10 years or less.
