Mr. Hall is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the California State Board of Legal Specialization. He started his private practice in 1992 and represents clients with wide ranges of net worth and from many backgrounds. Before beginning this private practice he was a tax partner in the San Francisco office of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) a national CPA firm.

Mr. Hall has spoken on estate planning and tax related topics to many different groups including groups of attorneys and CPAs, etc. He is the past president of the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association and the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council. He holds a degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and received his law degree from the University of Houston. In addition to his law degree and license to practice law in the state of California, he has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the state of Texas.
