| Biography | Dana C. Wells joined the firm in 1972. He has acted as lead counsel for major international and Bahamian financial institutions on commercial loan transactions, including numerous multi-jurisdictional transactions involving groups of international banks. Dana's real estate expertise includes the structuring, financing and sale of commercial properties, subdivisions, residential projects, condominiums, time-share developments, hotels and resorts. He is also sought after for his in-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate matters. Dana is an active member of the Bahamas Air Sea Rescue Association (BASRA) and Rotary International.
