Ms. Paul assists clients with commercial and real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, financing and development of retail, office, commercial, industrial and energy facilities. She represents clients by preparing and negotiating leases, stock agreements, asset and real estate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, mortgages and financing documents, as well as reviewing title reports, surveys and regulations affecting the intended use of real estate. Ms. Paul has represented numerous state and national lending institutions in various types of lending structures, including asset-based, equity-based and mezzanine-type loans and served as Arkansas and Texas local counsel to multiple national borrower entities.
