Dana is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Department whose practice focuses on the representation of creditors, lending institutions, trustees and debtors in all aspects of the administration of corporate debtors' estates. She has significant experience in a variety of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and general corporate matters.
Before Edwards Wildman
Prior to joining the Firm, Dana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Before that, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Gilroy in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
