Professional Experience
Dana Lau, Ph.D., focuses her practice on patent litigation, particularly in the area of pharmaceutical arts. Dr. Lau also has experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent prosecution, including patent interferences.
Dr. Lau received her Ph.D. in 2000 from the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Lau has published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of immunology, cell biology, gene therapy, and vision science.
