Danny Aleshire is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department. Mr. Aleshire's practice includes representation of lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts, and borrowers in a range of real estate matters including acquisition and disposition, equity financing, land use and development, leasing, origination and restructuring of mortgage/mezzanine debt involving office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, vacant land and hotel properties. His pro bono work includes representation of non-profit organizations in negotiating and completing property acquisitions and financing.
Mr. Aleshire received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2009. He graduated magna cum laude from Occidental College in 2005, where he received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Politics and Economics. After college, he was a Fellow of the Coro Fellowship Program in Public Affairs in St. Louis from 2005-2006.
Mr. Aleshire is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
