Daniel practices in the firm's Torts, Insurance and Product Liability section. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law where he was an editor of the Alabama Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Judge C. Lynwood Smith, Jr. in Huntsville, Alabama. He received his B.S. in General Business from Excelsior College.
