Dan practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities, taxation and international law. He has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions valued at nearly $600 million and has served as both issuers' and underwriters' counsel for nearly $600 million in public offerings. Additionally, he has represented clients in private placements of both equity and debt securities in amounts up to $500 million.
