| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Hilson focuses his practice in the areas of Public Law, and Government Relations with emphasis on legislative and regulatory matters; government procurement; business transactions requiring transfer of regulatory licenses and compliance procedures in multiple jurisdictions; health care trends and pharmacy law; and, campaign finance and ethics compliance.
Mr. Hilson has extensive experience in the political arena. He served under two Ohio Senate Presidents in various capacities, including Chief Legal and Legislative Counsel. Mr. Hilson has significant contacts in several states and has testified at administrative hearings and before several state legislatures and regulatory agencies. He represents several Fortune 500 clients, state trade associations, and a variety of other interests concerned with public policy development. |
