Dan Sherman focuses his practice on urban revitalization, transit-oriented development, public infrastructure and Brownfield redevelopment projects. He provides counsel to government and private sector clients on providing, organizing, operating, managing, financing, acquiring and privatizing public infrastructure. Dan's experience includes handling the formation and operation of public-private partnerships, governance structures for mixed-use projects and integrating commercial, retail, residential, structured parking and recreational components. Additionally, Dan has served as lead counsel and as part of lead counsel teams for hundreds of projects involving the privatization of government-owned recreational facilities and utility systems, the creation of tax increment financing districts, the remediation and redevelopment of Brownfield projects, the permitting and construction of private toll roads involving public-private partnerships, the permitting and regulation of natural gas fired electric facilities, and multi-state environmental audits.
