Dan represents clients with federal and state government contracts and commercial contracts for services, supplies and construction and advises on contract compliance issues. He has represented clients in federal and state courts with litigation of claims and appeals, arbitration, administrative litigation, commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. His expertise includes pre-contract negotiations and disputes, bid protests, commercial claims and disputes, contract performance disputes, and liens and payment issues.
Dan joined the firm as a partner in 2010 after four years as a shareholder at Akerman Senterfitt, and eight years previously at Wickwire Gavin, P.C.
