Daniel Lee is a member of our Maritime Emergency Response Team (MERT).
Daniel Lee is an associate solicitor of Blank Rome Solicitors in our Hong Kong office. He practices in the areas of maritime, corporate, and commercial law, advising clients in connection with the following matters:
· maritime litigation and arbitration, including charter party disputes, bill-of-lading disputes, cargo claims, collision, arrest and release of vessels, and personal injuries
· sale and purchase of ships, registration, and deregistration of ships
· commercial and corporate litigation, including debt recovery action, commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, employment disputes, and windings up
· commercial and corporate practices, including corporate formation and restructuring, joint ventures, product and service licensing and franchising, and technology transfers
· tax advice, immigration advice, trademark registration, and company secretarial services
Mr. Lee is a contributor to the Hong Kong Legal Dictionary. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
